Privacy Policy

1. Overview

SarvArtha Advisory is the independent advisory practice of Sarvapriya Tripathi, CA, ACCA. This policy explains what personal data this website collects, how it is stored, and the rights you have over it. The guiding principle is simple: we collect only what is needed to respond to you, and nothing more.

2. What we collect

We collect personal data only when you choose to share it:

• Contact form — your name, email address, company and area of interest (optional), and your message.
• Bookings — the details you provide when scheduling a consultation through our Cal.com calendar, such as your name, email address, topic and any notes.
• Assessments — when you complete a FinHealth Score assessment we store your scores and answers, together with your name and email address if you choose to provide them, so we can discuss your results with you.

This website has no user accounts, no login, no advertising pixels, no analytics tooling, and no tracking cookies. We do not build profiles and we do not follow you around the web.

3. How your data is stored and used

Form, booking, and assessment submissions are stored in Supabase, a secure hosted Postgres database. The database is configured for anonymous insert-only writes — submissions can be written, but never read back through the public website. Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare for your consultation, or follow up on your assessment. We never sell, rent or trade your personal data.

4. Third parties

To operate this website we rely on a small number of service providers, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy:

• Supabase — secure storage of enquiry, booking and assessment submissions.
• Cal.com — scheduling of consultations.
• Vercel — website hosting, which may process standard server logs (such as IP addresses) as part of normal operation.
• LinkedIn — the only external profile this site links to. If you choose to make contact there, that interaction is governed by LinkedIn’s own privacy policy.

5. Retention and security

We retain enquiry data only for as long as is needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable record-keeping period afterwards, after which it is deleted. Access to stored data is restricted to the founder and protected by access controls on the underlying database.

6. Your rights

If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, simply submit a request through the contact form on our Work With Me page and we will respond within one month.

7. How to reach us

We deliberately publish no email address and no phone number. The only ways to contact us are the contact form on the Work With Me page, booking a consultation via Cal.com, or the founder’s LinkedIn profile.
